Its now time to start thinking about ordering your Christmas Cakes!!!!

Our Moist Fruit Cakes are freshly homemade (from a family recipe) a few weeks before Christmas, giving time for the cake to mature. The fruit is soaked in Rum (or Brandy) 48hrs before cooking, and then given another few drinks every 2 weeks.

Our fruit cake is made using only the finest ingredients, using local produce whenever possible, covered in natural (white) marzipan and iced in a high quality sugarpaste. The cake is then placed on a cakeboard and decorated with a choice of 3 designs.

The prices for the iced cakes include marzipan, basic icing and a choice of 2 designs (colours can be changed to your specification if you wish). There is also the choice of our lovely fruit and nut glazed top cake.
