Our cakes are made in the style and flavour of your choice.

Rich, Moist Homemade fruit cake, made to our families recipe, where the fruit has been soaked in your choice of either brandy or rum.

Our Madeira Cake is light and delicious in either vanilla, orange,lemon or chocolate.

Scrumptious "Death by Chocolate" Cake is filled with Ganache or smooth chocolate buttercream.

Your choice of fillings include:-

Smooth buttercream in vanilla, orange, lemon or chocolate flavour.

Raspberry or Strawberry conserve or lemon curd.

Rich Dark Ganache

All of these can be used for your special cake in any combination you wish. All ingredients are of the highest quality, using free range eggs and local produce wherever possible. Our Celebration Cakes are usually made with Madeira Cake in whichever flavour you wish.
